Just a heads-up: quartz is fragile. If your machine vibrates a lot or takes a bit of a beating, make sure your mounting brackets are snug. You don’t want any stress fractures ruining your day. Getting it running These are basically drop-in replacements for most industrial drying and curing ovens. Whether you’re doing PET blowing, drying paint, or welding plastic, they fit right in. One pro tip: make sure your PID controller is tuned for how fast carbon fiber reacts. Also, keep an eye on your power supply. If your voltage is jumping all over the place, you’ll kill the filament a lot sooner than you should. Keep it stable, and these things will last.
