Introduction

We built the Circle Carbon Fiber Halogen Heater for engineers who need serious, focused heat—without taking up a ton of space. It pairs a carbon filament with a halogen gas fill, so you get intense, high-temperature output that can keep up with demanding industrial work.

What’s really going on under the hood

This heater runs at 400V and cranks out up to 2500W, packing a lot of heat into a 300mm length. That voltage choice keeps the current manageable while still giving you the power to ramp up fast. It’s a shortwave design, which means the energy is concentrated in the infrared spectrum. In plain terms? It responds quickly and lets you keep a tight grip on the temperature of the surface you’re heating.

Materials and design that just make sense

The core is carbon fiber, sitting inside a quartz tube. That combo gives you thermal stability and holds up well when temperatures swing hard. The halogen gas fill does a smart trick: it helps prevent the filament from blackening by putting the evaporated material back where it belongs. The result is a longer service life. And the R7s connector? It’s a simple, two-terminal mount that makes wiring straightforward. If you’re replacing an existing unit, it’s designed to drop right in on compatible machines.

Where it shines—and what to keep in mind

Use this heater when space is tight and you still need intense heat—think PET blowing, thermoforming, and curing adhesives. The 300mm size gives you a small footprint with a high watt-per-inch punch.
