Because they’re so low-power, you can tuck a bunch of them into a tight space—think a compact sauna or a small warming panel—without blowing a fuse or needing a massive, clunky heat sink to keep things cool. Why carbon fiber? Tungsten is fragile. It snaps. Carbon fiber is a different animal. It handles vibrations way better, so it won’t just give up on you if things get a bit shaky. We also wrap the fiber in a protective sleeve to keep oxidation from eating away at it. That means they last longer. Just a heads-up, though: carbon fiber doesn’t get as scorching hot as quartz-halogen. If you’re looking for an instant 500°C blast, these aren’t your tools. These are for that gentle, sustained warmth that just works. Getting them set up We don’t believe in “one size fits all.” We’ll build these to fit your specific brackets and wiring. If you want a wall of heat—like in a sauna—you can just wire them in parallel to spread the warmth evenly. One thing to watch out for: make sure your controller can handle the specific resistance of carbon fiber. You don’t want a current spike when you first flip the switch. And please, double-check your voltage. If you get that wrong, you’ll fry the fiber in a matter of hours.
